If your documents have not been submitted to UAE immigration, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued once documents are submitted to immigration or if the visa is approved or rejected.
Payments made more than 40 days ago may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
To request a refund, you must:
Do so within 24 hours of payment
Include the following:
Full name
Transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and your account.
